Loyalty programmes – we reward loyalty

We focus mainly on three efficient customer loyalty concepts:

  1. Loyalty programmes which successfully influence the buying behaviour of potential and existing customers through attractive premiums.
  2. Special promotions, which as direct reward programmes, increase the frequency of visits and purchases of customers.
  3. Add-ons, which support the sales of products and services with a higher value (up-selling).

The concepts are organisationally easy to implement. They don’t need an extensive integration into the marketing mix.
