Textile Printing

The textile printing includes a lot of printing variants which makes possible to print textiles at different ways. The requirements of the different materials like cotton or polyester relating to colors and treatments are different. Because of the professional textile printing process through which we are producing your motives and refine it, a high washability, lightning colors and longevity are guaranteed.

Transfer printing

Firstly, the motives were attached mirror-inverted to a slide and this slide is attached to the textiles with the help of a special ink. The colors are pressed with heat on to the textiles. The transfer printing is ideal for textiles made out of synthetic fiber because this fabric reacts with heat so that the color will be permanent and heat resistant at cold conditions. This is because different motives, logos, pictures or texts can unfold their impressive, optic effects. Excellent application for lettering of tights, work wear and advertise textiles.

Screen printing

At this method the printing color is applicated with the help of rubber squeegee to a plastic or metal texture fixed at a frame. To separate the printed and blank area the sieve will be edited photo mechanic so that the loops which should grabbing color stay open. The screen printing isn’t just fast and cheap, it gives also the opportunity of a high color and light fastness. There is no other method which makes it possible to get a wide range of color effects at nearly each material. The reason is that colors with different compositions at variable layer thicknesses could be printed at all kinds of print substrates. The Screen printing is especially suitable for textile and nylon products.

Digital textile printing

The digital printing is one of the youngest printing methods and is especially suitable for the printing of T-Shirts. With an ink-jet method the color is directly applied to the textile, it doesn’t matter if it’s a light or dark textile. Because of the easiness of the method it is possible to print small quantities with any number of colors for a cheap price. This is the advantage of the digital printing against the screen printing is because the results are although brilliant colors and a very high washability.

This method makes it possible to print individual motives, letterings or company logos. The flocking is mainly used for one color motives but it is possible to work with more than one color but it is not possible to work with a color gradient. The surface of the flocking is noble and velvety and the color brilliance is very high. The feeling of touching the flocking is soft but it’s very long-lasting and durably (washable). Your textiles with flocking will be a highlight at parties, events, meetings or as a promotional item of your company at your work wear. Flocking is also often used in the branch of sport articles for lettering tights, training suits and so on. It’s like a screen printing method but instead of the color glue is attached to the textiles. The different long flocking fibers are spread into the glue and afterwards it will be dried. The text had to have a simple writing, graphics couldn’t have fine lines or points (>0,1 cm). The printing is about 1 mm thick and is depositing from the textile. The flocking is ideal for shirt numbers at the back site, individual names or logos. The refined textiles are washable until 60°C and could be ironed with a low temperature.
