Patches

Digital patches are made out of the base material flex and a printed, extreme stretchy and a contoured print variant, with is stitched on the textiles. Photorealistic executions are possible. It is possible to wash the patches at 60°C.

Woven labels

Screen printing

Silkscreen printing could only be used at flat surfaces. Almost all articles could be printed with one or multi-color. The design is attached to the sieve at the screen printing frame. The sieve has got a light sensitive layer. The film with the printing picture is attached to the sieve and afterwards the sieve is exposure to UV-light. The color is pressed through the sieve and now the picture is at the product. Screen printing is often used at textile- and nylon products like umbrellas, caps and bags. It is a fast and wide spread technic of printing logos and slogans. It is also ideal for a bigger message.
